StrollerFit's "mom-n-tot yoga"- 35 min. 8-wk program for parents and toddlers (ages 3-6 yo). The activities will increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration skills, self-confidence and self-control. It also helps to reduce stress and optimize reactions to psychological demands and pressures of everyday life! Classes are 8 wk sessions.
