February 27th, 2010 3:01 PM
CHS

CHS

April 30 - May 2
Randy Johnson Performing Arts Center, 1809 Celebration Blvd.
Sidney Bruhl is a playwright whose one mega-hit has receded 18 years in the rearview. In the mail comes a script called "Deathtrap" from a former workshop student of Bruhl's named Clifford Anderson. It has hit written all over it. Much to his wife's dismay, Sidney concocts a mad scheme to lure the young playwright out to their estate and then promptly kill him in order to claim the play as his own. A mystery that appeals to many people, although younger audiences should probably stay home. Tickets are $8 at the door and $5 in advance. For more information call (321) 939-6600 ext. 50650.

Join Marineland for a Free Afternoon of Fun & Games

Save the Date! You and your family are invited to Marineland's Dolphin Conservation Center on Sunday February 28th from 1-4pm to enjoy a free afternoon of fun and games. Kid-friendly food, beverages, games, crafts, music, pirates, face painting, educational activities, and of course DOLPHINS, will complete this afternoon of family fun. Admission to Marineland is free all day. Special activities begin at 1pm. We'll see you here! Here is a PDF of the Flyer.

About Marineland

Marineland's original steel oceanariums were the first structures of their type in the world and were built to house and display multiple species of marine life, replicating the variety of life to be found off the coast of northeast Florida. Marineland continues its tradition of creating state of the art facilities with the Dolphin Conservation Center. Today guests are able to view, interact, and even swim with dolphins from around and within their habitat,. Efforts in the disciplines of education and research are shared, as guests view educational signage placed throughout the facility or are introduced to the animals via interactive encounters. In both cases the plights and challenges facing wild dolphins are key messages conveyed to inspire the general public to become informed and active in the conservation of marine animals and their natural environments.
