Located in the town of Celebration, the Fitness Centre & Day Spa at Florida Hospital Celebration Health is conveniently accessible to residents and commuters in South Orlando and Kissimmee.
Our tranquil yet invigorating five-lane, 25-meter indoor lap pool is great for individual swims or group classes. We offer one of the most diverse lists of aqua training options in South Orlando or Kissimmee, including a variety of classes from Aqua Aerobics, Pre- and Postnatal Water Exercise, Wave Runners, as well as water arthritis exercise also designed for those diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Group swimming lessons for children and adults alike are also offered. Surrounded by a wall of full-length windows, you’ll want to jump right in!
Our warm-water therapy pool is where you’re sure to relax away your cares in a constant 92 degrees. Got an ache? Aim one of the 10 high-pressure jets on the spot that hurts and get instant relief. Arthritis sufferers swear by this pool to provide relief that lasts all day. It makes getting up and going that much easier!
The Group Exercise Department/Aerobic Training Department at The Fitness Centre at Celebration Health offers one of the widest varieties of dynamic group exercise, and aerobic classes in South Orlando or Kissimmee meet your fitness and wellness needs.
