Request a Resale Inspection today! A resale inspection is conducted

when our corporate office is notified of a scheduled closing.

The Covenants Department will visit your property, inspect for any

items that are non-compliant and will issue the results to the title

companies. As a homeowner, you may request a Pre-resale inspection

to get a head start on any items that may need attention and

the results will be sent to you directly.

1. Anything visible from the streets and alleys

2. Cleanliness of sidewalks, walkways, driveways, exterior of home

and trim

3. Changes in landscape (missing or additional plants, shrubs, etc.).

Any dead or dying plantings will require replacement on.

4. Changes to property including easements (light fixtures, door

fixtures, exterior home colors, stepping stones/walkways, etc.).

Any change made to a property must receive ARC approval prior

to installation.

These are just a few of the items we are looking for when inspecting.
