Photo ID cards will be issued to family members ages 12 and older at no charge.
To obtain your new card you will need to complete an information form that will be
available August 18th on the Front Porch in ‘My Front Porch’ or at the Community Center at 851 Celebration Avenue.

Hours of Operation for ID cards only:
Monday-Thursday ……………………9 am – 6 pm
Fr iday ……………………………….....…9 am – 5 pm
Saturday ……………………………... 10 am – 4 pm
