Hello Celebration,

There is a Soup Kitchen in Kissimmee that will be closing due to a lack of funds. They are short a little more than $300, and will be cancelling the soup kitchen for April.

The soup kitchen is run by Holy Redeemer church, and the Corpus Christi Catholic Church is giving the money that is gathered in the boxes inside the front of the church to them for this.

The $300 can be made up pretty quickly if 30 people put in $10 a piece. I am putting in $10 myself for this. Even pocket change would do this Good. If anyone else can lend a hand for this soup kitchen, please bring it to the Pastoral Center located behind the parking lot at 1050 Celebration Avenue or place it in the boxes of the church this week. The church is open every day at 8:30 AM through about 10:00 AM, and weekends pretty much all day. If you have questions, please email info@celebrationcatholic.org .

This soup kitchen serves those who are homeless and in difficult times. It means food for many people who need it.
