I am so happy and proud to offer another all levels Yoga/Pilates class to the Celebration community on Tuesdays at 11 am! Our Thursday morning class has become so popular that we had to add another! Pay $7 per class or buy 10 for $60. Pay me when you attend class.

So now you have TWO great options for achieving maximum fitness right here in Celebration...Tuesday 11 am and Thursday 10 am.

Here is the official description of the class:

A class for all fitness levels that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. Every class ends with a generous cool down that focuses on stretching, breathing, and releasing. Look and feel amazing after each class!

All fitness levels welcome and bring your Pilates or Yoga mat.
